Borromeo, 42, a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Soa, Malinao, Albay.

issued by Judge Alben C. Rabe of Regional Trial Court Branch 15, Tabaco City
The operation was jointly conducted by operatives of the
Tabaco City Police Station, Albay Police Provincial Office, 5th Regional Public
Safety Battalion; 97th Military Intelligence Company, COLT 2nd Infantry
Battalion and Provincial Intelligence Team 3 of the Regional Intelligence Unit

Borromeo is now at the Tabaco CPS for proper disposition.
