Moro women joined hundreds of Moro people in their “No Apology March” in Marawi City on Sunday, January 11 to protest what they describe as western media’s “double standard” in the coverage of the post-Charlie Hebdo killings in France. The Bangsamoro National Movement For Peace and Development (BNMPD) says Islam should not be demonized. Another march has been scheduled for Wednesday, January 14.
