From ABS-CBN (Nov 17): DND presents transformation roadmap to PNoy

MANILA - Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin presented a transformation roadmap to President Aquino during the Department of National Defense's 75th anniversary on Monday.
The roadmap contains a detailed plan of what the department intends to achieve after 14 years.
In his speech, Aquino touted the agency's recent achievements which he claims have completely changed its image from being a dictator's tool during the Marcos Era.
