New 11th IB chief to be installed today

From the Visayan Daily Star (Mar 13): New 11th IB chief to be installed today

Lt. Col. Paulito Idul will be installed today as commander of the Army's 11th Infantry Battalion in Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental.

He will be installed by Maj. Gen. Aurelio Baladad, 3rd Infantry Division commander, at Camp MacKinley in Guihulngan City.

Idul will replace Lt. Col. Wilfredo Isaac, who served as 11IB commander for almost two years.

The 11IB operates in the central portion of Negros Oriental and Occidental.

Last month, Lt. Col. Harold Anthony Pascua assumed command of the 79th IB stationed in the southeastern portion of Negros Oriental.

The 11th and 79th Infantry Battalions are supervised by the 302 nd Infantry Brigade.
