President Benigno Aquino III has named Navy Capt. Raul Ubando as the new head of the Presidential Security Group (PSG).
Ubando replaced PSG chief Brig. Gen. Mateo Dizon whose retirement took effect Friday.
Ubando is a member of Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1985.
Aquino will lead the change of command ceremony later in the day at the PSG Grandstand in Malacanang.
