Army men give free haircut to school children in Sagay City

From the Philippine News Agency (Jun 15): Army men give free haircut to school children in Sagay City
 
The 3rd Civil Military Operations Battalion of the Philippine Army gave free haircut to school children to promote peace in Sagay City Friday.

The “Operation Haircut” benefited 45 students from Vito National High School in Barangay Vito, Sagay City.

The activity was part of civil military operations of the army unit in support to the Internal Peace and Security Plan “Bayanihan” of the Armed Forces.

"This activity is another opportunity for us to make use of our training for the benefit of our students and prove to the public our enduring commitment through the whole-of-the-nation approach embodied in the IPSP ‘Bayanihan’,’ said 3CMOBn Commander Lt. Col. Patrick Cinco.

He also affirmed to continue such undertaking not only to advocate peace but to advocate goodwill by helping those in need and less fortunate.
