From the Philippine Star (Oct 18): AFP's second top official retires Friday
The Armed Forces of the Philippines' (AFP) second highest official will retire on Friday after more than 38 years in military service. Lt. Gen. Reynaldo Mapagu, the AFP's Vice Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), will relinquish his post ahead of his mandatory retirement next week.
