LOOK: A notorious IED expert, bomber, and extortionist of the Al Khobar and Dawlah Islamiya - Hassan Group was nabbed in a Joint Army-PNP Law Enforcement Operations in Barangay Salat, President Roxas, Cotabato on Tuesday, January 17.The suspect was identified as Jordan Akmad, of legal age, and with arrest warrants for murder and multiple frustrated murder cases.
