Bumuo ng makapangyarihang kilusan para sa libreng pamamahagi ng lupa na wala namang basehan ng pag-aari. Mag-organisa ng mga grupong manggugulo upang mag-kontrol at mang-himasok sa mga kumpanya at sa mga imbestor na nagbibigay trabaho sa mga tao. Lahat ng ito ay upang linlangin ang mamamayan sa totoong hangarin ng mga totoong terorista sa ating bayan.
