SAN FERNANDO, La Union (DWDD) – Exercise planners from the Naval Forces Northern Luzon and Commander Destroyer Squadron 7 conducted the Final Planning Conference for Maritime Training Activity (MTA) Sama Sama at City of San Fernando, La Union on May 30 to June 1, 2018.
MTA Sama Sama is an annual maritime exercise conducted between the Philippine Navy and the US Navy. NFNL / MCAG
