Mohagher Iqbal, Chair of the MILF Peace Implementing Panel who spoke about the proposed Bangsamoro Government and Federalism during the afternoon session, explained that " with the abolition of ARMM, there will be a total overhaul of its regional structures and personnel for the new political entity. If we want to change the system for better good and for the welfare of our constituents, we need to take some sacrifices. "

" We have to start it right so that we could proceed it correct. " He added.

The Director of Regional Administrative Services Engr. Avila Abobakar presented the simulated computation of the total benefits including the terminal leave and separation pay under the provision of the BTC crafted BBL, and to be reckoned with till December of 2018 for more the 31,000 employees affected will be needing at least 32B.

During the noontime break, a presscon was held with Chairman Iqbal and ARMM Regional Governor Hataman by the local and mainstream media.

The media asked about the pronouncement of Pres. Duterte in Buluan , Maguindanao that he will resign if BBL is not passed by end of the month.

Both leaders are in agreement that such a statement is already an indication that the president is sincere and serious to put an end to the Bangsamoro Question by supporting the passage of the BBL.
