The 4th Special Forces Battalion (4SFBN) conducted the Donning of Rank Ceremony to its six newly promoted Enlisted Personnel.
The rank insignias were personally donned by the newly installed Battalion Commander LTC Achilles A Dela Cruz during the flag raising ceremony on March 12, 2017, held at Headquarters 4SFBN, Barangay Cabunbata, Isabela City, Basilan Province.
“I hope that this milestone in your career brings you vigor and motivation as you continue to devote yourselves in the service of our country and people. You have definitely proven yourselves.” LTC Dela Cruz said during his inspirational speech for the newly promoted personnel.
The donning of ranks in military symbolizes greater power entrusted by the organization to its well deserving personnel. Moreover, it entails greater responsibility bestowed to soldiers wherein one is expected to act upon. 4SFBn / MCAG
