Suspected New People's Army (NPA) rebels killed two

on Saturday afternoon, a report reaching the Philippine National Police (PNP)
in Bicol said.
Killed were Army Staff Sgt. Epifanio Millaes and Sgt. Zaldy
Cristobal, both members of the Philippine Army operating in Sorsogon, the report
said.
Police Senior Insp. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, quoting a report
from the Pilar Municipal Police Station, said the attack took place at about 2

suspected communist rebels.
