Datu Tungig Mansimoy-at, a lumad from Talaingod town in Davao del Norte, reiterates their call to stop alleged military attacks in their communities during a protest rally on Tuesday (1 March 2016) at the gates of Santa Ana Wharf in Davao City where Task Force Davao headquarters is located.   1. This is probably Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) front group activity. Datu Tungig Mansimoy-at is one of the leaders of the Manobo organization Salugpungan Ta Ta’nu Igkanugon, a group that the military suspects is a CPP front. The Datu has been an outspoken critic of the Philippine military.
