IT'S A LIE! THE GENTLEMAN FROM THE PHILIPPINE COLONIAL GOVERNMENT WAS LYING!

Your Royal Highnesses, Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi taala wa barakatuhu.

I have a longer speech here but I will just take about 1 or 2 minutes to give a synopsis of this speech. I had to rehearse my message last night upon listening to the statement of the gentleman from the Philippine colonial government yesterday. The gentleman with due respect was lying! He was lying before all of you in their effort to destroy the 35 years long peace process they decided to tell our peace panel in Bandung last 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd of last March. They said that they have already implemented fully the first and second phases of the Jakarta Final Peace Treaty Agreement of September 2, 1996. That is a complete lie, that’s a big lie, Mr. Chairman; and therefore, I’d like to request that my written speech here will be circulated as official document of this 39^th OIC-CFM for future circulation among the member states and towards the end of my speech, Excellency, I hope you will give the proper consideration to our plea, that since the last 35 years now we have not succeeded to get the series of our peace treaty agreement and peace accord to be implemented by all the parties concerned including the Organization of the Islamic Conference, so I would like to appeal to this august body to please consider the possibility of revisiting your 1979 resolution at Fez, Royal Kingdom of Morocco where you promised our people, solemnly promised, that should the Philippine government renege as they have already reneged time and again their commitment to implement their binding international obligations and commitment, therefore the OIC would now promise or pledge to extend full support behind the decision of the Moro National Liberation Front.

Near the end of the video, the current Chairman of the OIC-CFM, the foreign minister of Djiboti, is shown expressing the support of the OIC to Chairman Nur and the MNLF.
