“Soldiers were trained to be respectful and display such good acts in every way they can. Nevertheless, the 67IB and the sincerity of all local chief executives and peace advocates achieve a lasting peace through Good Governance paved the way to the armed group to relinquish their unlawful duty and submit themselves to us peacefully,” Lt. Col. Dema-ala, commanding officer of the 67th IB said.
The 67th IB is already facilitating the inclusion of Ka Yan-yan into the government’s Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP) for former rebels.
