The MNLF Founding Chairman and BMR's President, Prof. Dr. Nur P. Misuari was in Bohol which marked his 2nd leg of mission in the Visayas, June 18, 2019 to manifest his "Advocacy " on Peace and Federalism. He said, " Peace is the MEANS and END of the Bangsamoro struggle." And he espoused FEDERALISM with EGALITARIANISM as the ANTIDOTE to the century - problem that had been facing the Philippines and Moro Nation.
