Earlier today, VADM RENE V MEDINA AFP, Commander, Western Command together with BGEN CHARLTON SEAN M GAERLAN AFP, Commander, 3MBDE/JTFP and selected Officers of WESCOM visited the Headquarters of Marine Battalion Landing Team 4 in Sofronio Española, Advance Command Post of Tactical Operations Group 7 and Headquarters 18th Special Forces Company in Rizal, and Headquarters 44th Marine Company and Naval Station Narciso Del Rosario in Balabac.
Vice Admiral Medina has scheduled visits in all AFP units under Western Command to check the situation of all personnel under WESCOM and the activities of OPCOM units, and to set and strengthen the efforts of WESCOM to significantly contribute to the economic development, peace, and security in the Province of Palawan.
