From ABS-CBN (Feb 28): 2 suspected Abu Sayyaf bandits nabbed in Zamboanga City

Two suspected Abu Sayyaf bandits were arrested in separate raids here, authorities said Wednesday.

Hood Salvador Abdulla alias Jiking was arrested at a motel in Santa Maria village on Tuesday, authorities said.

Abdulla is facing kidnapping and serious illegal detention charges over the abduction of Jehovah's Witness church members in 2002.

His alleged cohort, identified only with the alias Kim, was arrested in a separate raid in Rio Hondo village.
