President Rodrigo Duterte today witnessed the turnover of the deed of donation for brand new binoculars from Monica Louise Prieto-Teodoro for the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
Prieto-Teodoro turned over the deed of donation to AFP Chief-of-Staff General Eduardo Año. Senate President Aquilino ‘Koko’ Pimentel III and National Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana were also present at the turnover event.

Prieto-Teodoro is the Representative of the First District of Tarlac and the spouse of Gilbert Teodoro, a former Secretary of National Defense.
