From the Philippine Information Agency (Aug 8): Philippine Navy mobile recruitment now in Bicol
The Philippine Navy has been conducting its screening for applicants in the Bicol region who will pass its naval officers candidate Course (NOCC) and basic Seaman Course (BSC) which started July 2 until today, August 8.
The examination is set on August 9-19 at the Naval Forces Southern Luzon (Navforsol) Naval Station, Regional Government Site in Rawis here.
Applicants must be a natural born Filipino citizen, single, of good moral character, height of at least 5”0” for both males and females, physically and mentally fir for training and must pass the AFPATB, IQ and SWE exams.
Initial requirements are transcript of records, NSO birth certificate, diploma, NBI Clearance and 2x2 ID picture with white background.
Applicants for NOCC must be between 21-28 years old and graduate of a four-year baccalaureate degree.
Passers will receive P27,425.00 basic salary, P4,400.00 monthly allowance and other benefits.
For BSC, applicants must be between 18-23 years old and holder of at least 72 units or graduate of a two-year vocational course.
Basic salary is P11,265.00 with additional monthly allowance of P5,660.00 and other benefits.
For submission of requirements, applicants should be in plain white t-shirt and maong pants.
