AFP-CRS: Philippines and Croatia sign MOU on defense cooperation

Defense Secretary Delfin N Lorenzana and Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Damir Krstičević signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will help strengthen the two countries' bilateral defense relations, last Thursday, April 11.
