Assistant Prosecutor Flosemer Chris Gonzales to Vice President Leni Robredo: “Anytime po Madam presidential candidate, magdialogue po tayo anywhere sa Region 6. We will present to you the accomplishments of RTF6-ELCAC.”
The abolition of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) will deprive barangays cleared of communist terrorist groups (CTGs) with development funds worth P20 million each.
This was stressed by the Western Visayas Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF6-ELCAC) in a statement on Wednesday in reaction to the pronouncement of Vice President Leni Robredo that she would abolish the national taskforce if she becomes the next president.
“Para na rin sa inyong kaalaman, may Barangay Development Program din ang NTF-ELCAC. Under this initiative, CTG-cleared barangays are provided P20 million for projects that the people deem necessary to improve their quality of life,” said Assistant Prosecutor Flosemer Chris Gonzales, spokesperson.
RTF6-ELCAC is inviting the vice president to a dialogue.
