Governor Suharto ‘Teng’ Mangudadatu, Governor of Sultan Kudarat Province and at the same time Chairman of the Regional Peace and Order Council 12, spearheaded the conduct of Peace, Law Enforcement and Development Support (PLEDS) Cluster Re-Orientation held at the Provincial Capitol of Sultan Kudarat on August 19, 2021.

Also present during the re-orientation was Major General Juvymax Uy, Commander JTFC/6ID; Police Brigadier General Michael John Dubria, Regional Director PRO XII; TESDA Region XII Regional Director, Rafael Abrogar II; NCIP XII Regional Director; and NCIP Commissioner for Mindanao. While National Security Adviser, Sec. Hermogenes Esperon; NCIP Executive Director, Allen Capuyan; and DND UnderSecretary, Cesar Yano joined the meeting thru video teleconferencing.

Among the topics discussed were accomplishments on the campaign against Local Terrorist Group and Communist Terrorist Group in Region-12, ELCAC projects and activities, updates on maritime accomplishments, IP empowerment, and E-CLIP implementation in Central Mindanao.
