Posted to Kalinaw News (Mar 26, 2021): Five (5) Former Rebels receive financial assistance from Agusan del Sur’s PSWDO



Bislig City, Surigao del Sur – Assisted by the 48th Infantry (Guardians) Battalion, five (5) Former Rebels (FR) received their Financial Asistance from the Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) at DO Plaza, Government Center, Brgy Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur March 25, 2021.

Each FR received the financial assistance amounting to Php10,000.00 as part of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) of the government. The financial assistance is given to Former Rebels after satisfying the requirements set under E-CLIP after they return to the folds of law.

PSWDO-ADS Head Razel O. Montemor expressed her gratitude to the troops in assisting the FRs in claiming their financial assistance and hoped for a stronger partnership with 48IB in the same undertakings.

“Sir salamat kaayo sir sa pagtabang sa amoa nga makuha kaning financial assistance”, said aka Rens , one of the FRs.
