With less than a month in his post, outgoing Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Gen. Carlito Galvez Jr. greets commanders from various military units in Davao during his visit at Eastern Mindanao Command in Camp Panacan on Tuesday as part of his farewell visit. Galvez, the 50th AFP chief of staff, is turning 56 by Dec. 12.
