The Nueva Ecija-based 7th Infantry Division has deployed 120
soldiers to its three battalions operating in the Davao Region.
Capt. Mark Anthony Ruelos, 7th Infantry Division
spokesperson, said that the newly trained privates will augment their 69th, 71st
and 84th Infantry Battalions, which is currently operating at the Davao Region.
A battalion has an active strength of 500 to 700 soldiers
and officers.
These units are currently helping the Compostela
Valley-based 10th Infantry Division in its internal and external security
missions.
Ruelos said send-off ceremonies for the 120 soldiers took
place last week.
